The Reference Pressure Sensors Kistler Models 6961A250, 6962B2000, 6963A8000 consist of a pressure sensor (Type 6213BK, 6229AK resp. 7061BK), mounted and sealed in a especially rugged adapter. The adapter insures that the calibration is not influenced when mounting on the pressure generator. Moreover, it protects the sensor against sudden temperature changes (e.g. when touching it with the hand) and against mechanical damage.
